Eva Mendes For Campari 2008

Eva Mendes's under the radar hotness landed herself the top spot as Campari's 2008 calendar girl. I don't know about her, but I'll shuffle that deck. Dayum. Hot guys should get barechested and painted on more often. I'm still not sure what Ms. Mendes has done to keep popping up on our viewscreen but whatevs. She gets highly paid to pose with booze. That's a dream job for some people. Why are you looking at me?
In the latest calendar photographer Marino Parisotto recreated myth and redefined fairytales like The Little Match Girl, Little Red Riding Hood and Cinderella, so that the female protagonists have their fragility transformed into strength and power.

"The Campari Calendar has been a truly unique experience," said Eva Mendes. "I had never posed for a calendar before and I was thrilled that Campari has given me the opportunity to interpret these wonderful stories... who wouldn't want to live a fairytale even if for a short while?".

That's a weird statement because I recall one as a kid with a witch trying to shove children in her oven. The Brothers Grimm were not writers for Hallmark. There was wicked queens hiring dudes to bring back teen girls' hearts, and wolves eating grandmothers, and some bitch in a shoe. Basically fairy tales foretold 2007. But get it anyway, Eva.
